Do we ship internationally?


Yes, but before ordering it is necessary to contact us to confirm with the transport company the cost and delivery time of the country that you indicate.

How can I return a product ?

Contact us to coordinate the product collection or send it directly to the store.

Within 14 days from receipt of the package you will receive the amount returned, by the same payment method used.

Note: return shipping costs are borne by the buyer

What is your return policy?


If it is a change before 48 hours from the reception it is free, contact us to organize the collection.

How can I track my order?


The moment your shipment has left the store you will receive a confirmation email, if the shipment is urgent you will also receive the tracking codes for the package.


What are the shipping options?

We have several options, normal shipping, Espress and the free one for purchases equal to or greater than € 80

Note: For jewelry purchases (light weight) we can use emails, with costs from 2 to 4 €
